We didn't yet eat here, but we plan to eat here the next time we are in the area! One of the workers, a male adult, was very helpful and kind to my family, as we entered the restaurant to simply use the lavatory, as a family member of mine had to go really bad to the bathroom, and the male gentleman was truly kind and thoughtful, by allowing my family member to utilize the lavatory. We will definitely return to this Restaurant, out of complete respect and appreciation, and give this restaurant our business, just for being so kind and considerate to my family's need to use the lavatory at this restaurant. This is one of my go-to places in center city for vegetarian pho. Generous portion and healthy ingredients for the veggie pho. Taste is very good. Service is fast (I usually go during off hours). Would highly recommend.
I lived in Hanoi. This place isn't as economic as the little street side cafes where I used to eat lunch. But it has the same delightful authenticity and flavors. Great value, served by an older Viet guy, no tips expected (just as it would be in Vietnam) and every time I'm in Philly I keep coming back.
